Earlier this week some friends from Maalhoss came to our house to stay. Our house gets used pretty often to host our friends. My friend, Kudabe, has 7 kids and any time one of them needs to come to the big city for anything, they usually stay at our house. Kudabe’s daughter had a baby earlier this week so we have been hosting the family until the weather clears up and they can head back. Kudabe is a fisherman and takes us fishing from time to time.

This is a picture of Kudabe and some friends from last year.
While I was typing this up, I was in the living room enjoying a nice glass of ice tea. Kudabe decided he would like to try some. Well, of course, he loved it. Asked me how to make it. I told him and his daughter. Sure hope they get that figured out before the next fishing trip. They like to serve hot tea at their house and when it’s 4000 degrees outside, it just doesn’t quench the thirst like ice tea. Cross your fingers.
